We engage and mentor teens to grow a culture of safe, equal and healthy relationships through the establishment of peer-led BLOOM Crews.
Through 7 doses of interactive BLOOM365 lessons, we educate teens on how to build abuse-free, healthy relationships and boost their confidence and skills to stand up and speak out.
Adolescence is a time when an estimated 70% of youth become involved in romantic relationships. These early relationships are positive and healthy for most, but for 33% of youth they are abusive and violent*. Some are even deadly. We go beyond raising awareness. Through our multi-layered BLOOM365 program, we ensure that schools and communities have access to research-based education that leads to the engagement and empowerment of teens to prevent teen dating abuse BEFORE it starts. *DATA SOURCES
